Owner Kyle Shannon founded HRT after a decade-long apprenticeship with a master mobile welding contractor. HRT is owner-operated, with two fully equipped trucks and a professional office manager, built to handle $7,000+ multi-day infrastructure contracts.

Two fully equipped rigs running out of Livermore, covering the Tri-Valley and East Bay, with Peninsula and South Bay work on request. Our team brings the same level of precision and professionalism to a job site in the East Bay as we do in our 1st Street fabrication shop.
